Aspen West was established in 1984 to distribute and market "Where's Mom Now that I Need Her?" Surviving Away From Home" survival guide. This book alone has sold over one million copies and still selling strong.  "Where's Dad Now that I need Him - Surviving Away From Home" as introduced in 1985.  Both books have been revised recently.

Since our initial product almost 22 years ago, we have expanded our product line to include other books, and products that relate to "surviving away from home" and getting ready for college, to just fun, easy cooking.
